You wouldn’t be a true citizen of Libya if you haven’t experienced power-cut and very poor internet connection. That’s a tradition. As sad as it may sound, it is a true issue suffered across the country, well, at least up until Al-Madar Al-Jadeed launched its 4G Plus campaign.
